What are the terms on the free domain?
Every hosting package carries one name with it, registered free for the opening year. Add a new .com, .net, .org, .xyz or .info to the same order as a hosting plan and the first twelve months drop off at checkout on their own, with no voucher to enter and nothing to reclaim later. Stated plainly: one free name per hosting order, and only alongside hosting, because a name bought by itself is billed at the usual rate.
