Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer

Two different agreements are easy to confuse. The terms of service govern the hosting you buy. This page governs the website you are reading, and it applies whether or not you ever become a customer. Where the two overlap on a service you have bought, the terms of service win.

1. Using this site

Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it, and use the domain search as much as you like. What you may not do:

• scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or bypass rate limits on the search and pricing endpoints;
• republish substantial parts of the writing as your own, including as training output presented as original;
• frame it, or present it in a way that implies an endorsement or partnership that does not exist;
• probe it for vulnerabilities outside the terms in the data security statement.

2. What belongs to whom

The text, layout, illustrations and brand mark belong to UK Health Care Support Ltd. Photography is licensed to us and does not travel with a quotation of the text. Product names belonging to other companies — cPanel, WordPress, WHMCS and the rest — are their trade marks, used to describe what we run, not to claim any association.

3. Prices, specifications and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the charge currency. Where a page shows a local currency, that is a live conversion offered for orientation only: the amount taken at checkout is the dollar figure, and your bank sets the rate that actually applies.

Domain prices come from the registries and move. A price shown here is an invitation to treat rather than a binding offer, and the figure that binds is the one in your basket at the moment you pay. Where a price is displayed in obvious error, we are not obliged to honour it — we will tell you before taking any money, not afterwards.

Specifications may change as the platform is upgraded. Changes that reduce what an existing service delivers are notified to the customers affected.

4. Guidance on this site is general

The Resource Library, the journal and the comparison pages are written to be useful and are researched properly, but they are general information, not advice for your situation. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice, and a page about choosing a company structure or handling customer data is not a substitute for a professional who knows your circumstances.

Comparisons with other providers reflect publicly available information at the time of writing. Competitors change their pricing without telling us, so check the current position before relying on a comparison.

5. Links out

We link to registries, documentation and third-party tools where they are the best answer. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for what they do with your data once you are there.

6. Availability of this website

This marketing site is provided as it stands. It is not covered by the service level agreement, which applies to hosting services you have bought, not to our own brochure. We may change, move or withdraw pages without notice.

7. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from a third-party site reached through a link, or from this website being unavailable.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
