Legal Documents and Policies

The documents
UK Health Care Support Ltd trades as Hosting & Domains. Company No. 15042717, registered in England and Wales at Office 4648, 58 Peregrine Road, Ilford, England, IG6 3SZ. Everything sold and used on this site is governed by the documents set out below.
- Terms of Service
What is being bought, the duties we take on, acceptable use, the uptime target and the credit due when it is missed, and how either party ends the arrangement.
- Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer
Terms for reading and using this website itself rather than the hosting: permitted use, our content, how binding a displayed price is, and the limits of the general guidance published here.
- Privacy Policy
Which personal data we keep about you as a customer, the reason and the period, who processes it for us, and the rights it leaves you holding.
- Cookie Policy
The short list of cookies this site uses, which are strictly necessary, which wait on your consent, and how to change your mind later.
- GDPR and Your Data Rights
The practical half of the privacy policy: which right applies, how to file a request, how we confirm it is you, the one-month clock, and the route to the Information Commissioner.
- Data Processing Addendum
Article 28 terms for personal data about your own customers kept on this platform: scope, security, sub-processors, transfers, audit, deletion.
- Data Security Statement
The measures behind the account rather than the website: encryption, who can see what, where data lives, how long it is kept, and the 72-hour breach clock.
- Acceptable Use Policy
Section 4 of the terms at full length — material that may not be hosted, what fair use of a shared plan means, the security that stays yours, and how enforcement escalates.
- Anti-Spam Policy
What consent has to look like before you mail somebody, why bought lists are never allowed, the sending limits on shared plans, and what happens when spam leaves an account.
- Copyright and Takedown Policy
How a rights holder reports infringing material, what a notice has to contain to be actionable, how the account holder answers it, and how repeat infringement ends.
- Service Level Agreement
The 99.9% commitment as arithmetic: how availability is measured, the exclusions, what each band of shortfall is worth in credit, and the 30-day window to claim it.
- Refund Policy
How long the money-back window runs on each product — it varies by plan — what sits outside it, and the route a refund takes back to you.
- Complaints Procedure
Three stages, each with a stated deadline, ending in a final written position — and the independent routes open to you afterwards, by subject.
- Accessibility Statement
The standard we build to, what has actually been done to meet it, the limitations we already know about and have not hidden, and how to tell us something blocks you.
- Modern Slavery Statement
Published voluntarily, below the statutory threshold: our structure, the short supply chain behind a hosting account, where the risk honestly sits, and how to raise a concern.
- Reporting Abuse
The way to report phishing, spam, malware or copyright infringement on anything hosted here, and what happens after the report arrives.
Which one answers my question?
- Can I get a refund? The refund policy — the window differs by product, and VPS and dedicated servers already provisioned sit outside it.
- What uptime do you genuinely commit to? Section 5 of the terms. It is a target carrying a pro-rated credit rather than a contractual service level, and the response-times page sets out why we word it that way.
- Who else handles my data? The sub-processor table inside the privacy policy.
- Procurement will not sign this off without a DPA in place. That is the data processing addendum.
- A site you host is abusing me. Report abuse.
