Refund Policy

1. The guarantee

Any shared, business, WordPress or WooCommerce hosting plan you buy carries a 30-day money-back guarantee against the hosting fee. On reseller hosting it is a 7-day guarantee. Should you decide within that window that we are not the right fit, say so and the hosting fee is returned. There is no form to complete, and nobody will press you for a reason.

2. Where the guarantee does not reach

A few products go live with our upstream providers the instant an order reaches us. Because that cost falls on us immediately, none of it can be recovered afterwards:

• domain registrations, renewals and transfers;
• VPS plans and dedicated servers, once they have been provisioned for you;
• the free name bundled with a plan, which remains yours, meaning its registration cost may be taken off whatever hosting refund is due;
• SSL certificates, plus any other extra already issued to you.

3. Renewals

Only a first hosting purchase falls under the guarantee; renewal charges sit outside it altogether. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, but do it before the renewal date, otherwise the next term is charged.

4. Requesting a refund

Write to info@hosting-n-domains.com, or raise a ticket inside the client area, supplying your account details and naming the service the refund relates to. After approval, the money goes back to whichever payment method was used originally.

5. Chargebacks and misuse

Speak to us before you approach your bank, since settling the matter with us directly is nearly always the faster route of the two. A refund may be refused where the evidence points to abuse of the guarantee, or where our Terms of Service have been breached.
