Refund Policy

1. The guarantee

A shared, business, WordPress or WooCommerce hosting plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hosting fee. Reseller hosting carries a 7-day guarantee. Decide inside that window that we are not the right fit, tell us, and the hosting fee comes back. Nothing needs filling in, and nobody asks you why.

2. What the guarantee does not cover

A handful of products go live with our upstream providers the second your order lands. That cost hits us straight away, so it cannot be recovered:

• domain registrations, renewals and transfers;
• VPS and dedicated server plans from the moment they are provisioned;
• the free name bundled with a plan — it stays yours, so its registration cost may be deducted from any hosting refund;
• SSL certificates and any other extra already issued.

3. Renewals

The guarantee applies to a first hosting purchase only; renewal charges fall outside it. Cancelling stops future billing at any point — simply do it before the renewal date, or the next term is charged.

4. Requesting a refund

Write to info@hosting-n-domains.com, or open a ticket from the client area, giving the account details and naming whichever service the refund concerns. Once approved, the money returns to the payment method that made the payment.

5. Chargebacks and misuse

Come to us before you go to your bank — settling it with us directly is nearly always the quicker route. We may refuse a refund where the evidence indicates the guarantee has been abused, or where our Terms of Service have been breached.
