When we answer
Around the clock, all year — 24 hours, 7 days, 365 days. Somebody is always watching the ticket queue and this form.
Already a customer?
Billing, the services you run and any open ticket all sit in your client area — and because your exact setup is visible there, account questions are settled quickest through it.

info@hosting-n-domains.comDetails That Help
Six details that save an hour
A message carrying these usually earns an answer instead of a follow-up question.
- The name or account showing the fault
- What you expected, against what happened
- The exact error text, pasted not paraphrased
- When it started, and anything that changed just before
- A URL that reproduces it, if one exists
- Whether every visitor sees it or only you do
Pick Your Channel
Billing or technical — two separate lanes
Billing and invoices
Invoices, refunds, renewals, changing a payment card or cancelling a service all sit in the client area, beside the records they belong to. Raising them there means nobody has to ask you to prove which account is yours. Charges are taken in USD whichever currency the site shows — currencies and billing explains why, and the refund policy lists the window that applies to each product.
Technical problems
An offline site, mail that never arrives, a certificate, a DNS record, a database: send any of those here or raise a ticket, and attach the six details above. If it looks platform-wide, the service status board may already have it named, and response times sets out the target we hold for each kind of request.
Not sure which lane it belongs in? Send it anyway — routing it is our job, not yours. The support hub maps every channel and what each is best at.
